**Color of background will match the color of the scrubs or you can choose other wise. Can personalize how nurse looks and add name in "Special instructions to seller" section at check out.**

**Please choose which Badge Reel you would like for me to use in at check out, Belt Clip or Swivel Alligator Clip** (see picture in listing) if you do not add your preference I will use the swivel alligator clip.

All my items are handmade by me, small imperfections may be possible.
Avoid prolonged exposure to heat and dropping from high places.
